Major Responsibilities:Assist the project finance manager in compiling the project progress report and performance;

  • Issue of monthly reports, analysis cost report, tracking project costs and forecasting;
  • Drive the analysis and review of actuals and forecasted cost and ensure the accuracy of the financial data;
  • Assist project finance manager to maintain project schedules and costs;
  • Assist the project finance manager with debtor control;
  • Organize and minute project meetings and other committee meetings;
  • Assist the project finance manager in project implementation, resource planning and controlling throughout the project cycle;
  • Provide monthly support for the Finance Management Pack preparation;
  • Ensure proper design and implementation of project report and system reports in order to increase efficiency and to properly reflect the project status;
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required for planning scenarios;
  • Taking the necessary steps to minimise the impact of any identified risks timeously and effectively;
  • Assist the Project finance manager to maintain the client relationship;
  • Assist the project finance manager in configuration management of project documentation and version control
  • Traffic paperwork through correct channels
